Starwood opens regional office in Bangkok |

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has opened a new regional office in
Bangkok, supporting the company’s growth and operations in Thailand,
Vietnam and Cambodia.
|
The new office is located at Sathorn Square, at the site of the newly-built W Bangkok.
Lothar Pehl, Starwood’s Senior Vice President of Operations for Asia Pacific commented; “Starwood Hotels & Resorts has a very strong belief and confidence in forward market conditions through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. The expansion of our regional footprint and excellent owner relationships is testimony to the strength of our brands and key to personalization across all levels.”
Starwood currently manages 23 properties in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, with an additional nine in the pipeline.
