Etihad Airways is now recruiting candidates for Reservation and Ticketing Team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Successful candidate will be responsible to optimize all front desk activity with guests lead to potential sales outcomes, ensure Etihad reservations and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented and deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations.

Some of requirements for the position are high school graduate with two years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role and knowledge of Amadeus - Etihad based reservation system.
